One of the tools that gave me the most hope when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, was Cynthia’s recipe book Happy.Healthy.Clean.Eating. I had been feeling very deprived and resentful that everyone around me could go on eating sugary, comfort foods while I was stuck eating “healthy” foods with no sweets or fun. Little did I know that there was a way to get healthy AND sweet at the same time! What an inspired book to give me hope for delicious sweets for occasional celebrations full of nutritious ingredients that actually fed my body calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and more!
This recipe book was a great segway into the Spirit Mind Body program which taught me so much more. I was unexpectedly taught principles that helped heal my body not only on a physical and emotional level….but actually went to deeper mental and emotional levels of healing. In this world there is much vying for our time. I have greatly appreciated the applicable tips to help my family find out HOW to make the changes needed for a healthier, more energetic life!
