I believe that people and opportunities come into our lives as gifts.  These gifts become our blessings.  Cynthia is a gift and her program of healing body, mind and spirit is a blessing.  I enrolled in her Word of Wisdom class last Fall and I was spiritually fed principles of truth.  It peaked my interest to learn more as I was convinced that I too could reverse my health with wholesome food and natural remedies.  The idea that our bodies were created to heal themselves when given proper nutrition became a reality to me!  What I am learning I am now teaching my husband.  A recent heart attack has changed his lifestyle.  Medication and side effects isn’t how he wants to live.   The quote by Hippocrates, “Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” is so profound.   Cynthia is an inspired and gifted teacher.  Her program is phenomenal and it changes lives.  We are excited to see what our new numbers will be! -Karleen...

How to Organize Your Fridge

Why Clean Out Your Fridge? I have to admit making dinner isn’t one of my favorite things to do.  I used to love to prepare food until my kids got older and started to get picky, they wanted pizza instead of veggies! I admit so did it! But as a mother we know our kids bodies need nutrients to support healthy growth and brain power.  For so many years they loved everything I made and rarely complained.  For me it is a hard balance to create something that is healthy and that tastes good to my husband and kids.  What makes things worse is when I go to the fridge to decide what to make for dinner and it’s a mess.  I want to just shut the fridge and not make dinner! Cleaning out a fridge isn’t usually top on a to do list but it should be! Let me tell you why. One day after cleaning out my fridge and organizing things I had a new idea come to my mind on how to simplify my life.  I say life because meal time stressed out a lot. My new way of planning dinner is fabulous! I ask each of my kids and my husband what they would like to have for dinner for the upcoming week.  We have made a deal that with every meal they also pick a vegetable and salad to go with it.  I write down the menu for the week, make a list of things to buy and put all fridge ingredients in my organized fridge.  It doesn’t always work out perfect but just...

When I first started eating better in the morning I thought I was going to starve!
