Remedies for Kidney Stones

It’s interesting how kidney issues can be caused by unresolved emotions. They also can be caused by deep fried food, hard minerals in water. And of course soda, white sugar and other processed food. But the wonder of the body is that it is always working towards healing and obtaining balance. It is powerful and capable! I have assisted many people in clearing kidney stones and have seen the direct affect poor food choices have and how quickly the body begins to heal with high vibrating food.  The fresh juice of carrot, celery and parsley is fantastic for the kidneys.  Also cucumber is wonderful to support the kidneys as well.  If you need to you can add a green apple to make it palatable. What To Do With Apple Peels

Did you know apples can 1. Help control your weight 2. Detoxify your liver 3.Boost your immune system When I was 11 years old I got a job a few blocks down from my home in an apple factory.  It was cold! Snack size prepackaged in their own skin and ready to eat.  They are delicious and full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants- all elements that support a healthy brain, body and heart.  Years later as I began studying nutrition it has amazed me how each plant that grows on the earth are full of secrets for us to discover, only secrets because we got too busy to be in tune with what they offer. Apples are full of fiber, this is important because fiber keeps our bowel moving which keeps our body clean.  Fiber also absorbs toxins, so it soaks it up and moves it out.  Apples are full of many valuable healing elements.  Watch this short video to find out why to keep the peel on.   What To Do With Apple Peels    ...
